AHI Inaugurates Virtual Speakers Forum

The American Hellenic Institute (AHI) launched its Virtual Speakers Forum with an inaugural segment that featured Ambassador of Greece to the U.S. Alexandra Papadopoulou and Ambassador of the Republic of Cyprus to the U.S. Marios Lysiotis, May 14, 2020.

The ambassadors discussed a variety of topics, including Greece and Cyprus’ effective response to the coronavirus pandemic and how the two countries promote stability in the region amid continued hostility. The discussion also examined U.S. policy toward the Eastern Mediterranean.

AHI President Larigakis moderated the conversation, which also featured a Q&A. More than 80 persons from around the world viewed the presentation.
