Washington, DC—The American Hellenic Institute commends its long-time board member Leon Andris on his recent appointment as Vice-Chair of the new Metropolis Council for the Holy Metropolis of New Jersey.

“We are very proud of Leon for his commitment to serving the Archdiocese and the Greek American community,” says AHI President Nick Larigakis.

The announcement was made by His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros of America on October 22, 2020.
