AHI Sends Letter to President Barack Obama Regarding Additional IMF Loans to Turkey
WASHINGTON, DC—On June 9, 2009 the American Hellenic Institute (AHI) sent the following letter to President Barack Obama regarding negotiations between the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the Government of Turkey for additional loans to fund an estimated 7 percent deficit in the Turkish national budget in 2009.
