Bidding for the AHI Silent Auction to Begin On-line

WASHINGTON, DC—As part of the AHI Hellenic Heritage Achievement and National Public Service Awards Dinner events on March 5, 2005, there will be a silent auction. This year, for the first time, for those who cannot attend the dinner the items are available on-line for your viewing and bidding pleasure.

Some of the items include:

  • A 20th Century Fox movie package, which includes two tickets to a Los Angeles premiere of an upcoming Fox film and a post premiere reception

  • A private yacht cruise on the Aegean for up to fifteen people aboard the "Eleftheria," all food and drink included

  • A World Series champions Boston Red Sox weekend with hotel, dinner and tickets to see a Red Sox game

  • A visit to the ABC News studio for a taping of "This Week with George Stephanopoulos," followed by brunch for four at the Four Seasons Hotel

  • A sunset wine and cheese cruise on the Chesapeake Bay for up to twenty people,
