Letter To President Bush Recommends Need For Critical Review Of
U.S. Policy Towards Turkey
WASHINGTON, DC -- A joint letter to President George W. Bush
sent December 11, 2002 by leading Armenian, Greek and Kurdish
American organizations urged a critical review and change in U.S.
policy towards Turkey based on the national interests of the U.S.
The six co-signatories to the letter include:
- The Armenian National Committee of America (ANCA)
- The Order of AHEPA
- The Hellenic American Women's Council (HAWC)
- The Hellenic American National Council (HANC)
- The American Kurdish Information Network (AKIN)
- The American Hellenic Institute (AHI)
